Adil S. Mohammed is the founding attorney of ASM Law PC in Elgin, IL. Prior to opening ASM Law PC in 2016, Adil practiced law in Illinois since 2005 and in New Jersey from 2003-2005. He graduated from Seton Hall Law School in 2002 and received his bachelor’s degree from DePaul University in 1997. He grew up in Elgin for most of his life and how resides in the Huntley area with his wife and 3 kids. Currently his practice consists of Real Estate, Foreclosure Defense, Bankruptcy and family-based Immigration.
Adil’s focus and vision has always been to provide access to quality and competent legal services to those most in need and those most vulnerable. His philosophy is to always inform the client fully so they can make a decision that is best for them and achieves the result that they are seeking. This client focused approach has served him well and almost 90% of all new business comes from referrals from past clients. This approach has also helped him deal with clients who are facing extreme financial hardships and difficulties and appreciate his honesty and hands-on approach in getting them to the best resolution possible. His 18 years of experience has giving him invaluable insight and experience in his areas of practice which he can then convey and apply to each client’s unique situation. His favorite expression to his clients is “You may not like what I have to say but I am never just going to tell you what you want to hear.”
